I thank the ground beneath my feet.
I thank Pachamama for all that she endlessly provides.
I thank the fresh air I breathe.
I thank the fire of purpose, passion, and compassion.
I thank the waters of the lakes, rivers, streams, oceans, and ponds and the waters of our human bodies.
I thank the heart of the sky and the heart of the earth.
I thank my own heart.
I thank the sun, moon, and stars.
I thank the 7 directions: east, south, west, north, above, below, and within.
I thank the Mayan people for their heart-centered wisdom and sacred calendar to guide my days.
I thank the farm workers for their hard work and harvest.
I thank the people who care.
I thank the vegans, the artists, the peacemakers, and the conscientious objectors.
I thank the laughter and the tears.
I thank the black, white, red, and yellow paths.
I thank all the native peoples of the Americas.
I thank the teachers and the teachings.
I thank the students and the lessons.
I thank the trees and flowers and the seeds from which they grew.
I thank the birds for their joyful songs.
I thank the cats and dogs.
I thank all my relations.
I thank the ancestors.
I thank the sacred medicine of this moment.
I thank Life for its fullness, beauty, simplicity and complexity.
