Heart: YAM
Throat: HAM
3rd Eye: AUM / OM
Crown: none (silence is golden)

Vowel Sounds

Root Chakra: Ohhh (as in “old”)
Sacral Chakra: Oooo (as in “you”)
Solar Plexus: Ahhh (as in “all”)
Heart: Aaaay (as in “hey”)

    Ok. The seed sounds all rhyme with “mom” that seems easy.

    But, the seed sound words have vowels in them. And none of the vowel sounds rhyme with “mom”. I am confused by this. Please explain. Thanks
