About the Teachers
Man Hue Duong has been sharing the gift of yoga for over a decade. She is certified in children’s yoga, aerial yoga, SPRY (Strength, Power, Resistance, Yoga) and completed her first 200-hour yoga training at the White Lotus Foundation. She is the owner and founder of Yoga Shala in upstate New York and is currently completing her 500-hour yoga teacher training at the Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health.
Michelle Margaret Fajkus is a left-handed, heart-centered teacher and writer. She has led retreats in Guatemala since 2010. Michelle offers an accessible, rejuvenating practice for all levels. Her classes incorporate vinyasa flow, dharma (Buddhist teachings), yin yoga, mindfulness, pranayama (breathing practices), and the sacred Mayan calendar.
Ash Fletcher is a sojourner with a spirit of wanderlust who loves to experience diverse cultures and communities. Yoga found Ash during her training as a dancer, and she began daily practice and teaching of yoga at age 18. With her bright and playful spirit, Ash joyfully works to promote healthy and regenerative practices for everyone. She is the founder of Wholesome Living.
