Bring a New Dream into Being

Today is 1 Imox in the Mayan calendar. The beginning of a new cycle. The seeding of a new dream which we can work to manifest in the coming two-hundred-sixty day gestation period.What do you want to create? What do you want to call in? What energies do you want to invite into your daily life for the next nine months?Think, too, about the flip side of this line of questioning. What to let go of? What to release? What to surrender?I want to write a memoir of my decade in Guatemala, my thirties. I'm not sure it needs to happen now, in the coming cycle, or in a future one. But the groundwork for it, the living of the past ten years has occurred. By the time the next 1 Imox rolls around, I will be nearing my 4Oth lap around the sun. So, maybe now is a good time? Maybe now is the only time.I want to call in creative inspiration, patience, peace, perseverance. I want to invite in more productivity, balance, growth and gratitude.I want to let go of addictions and delusions. I want to release crutches that no longer serve. I want to surrender worries and anxieties that do not benefit. I want to be of service, to help others, to inspire through words and actions.The new moon is on Friday. Use the potent energy of these days to plant your seeds of intention, to conjure up an inspiring new dream for the coming cycle.
