Make peace with yourself by grounding yourself and giving yourself permission to rest. Rest is sacred.
Make peace with the Divine by connecting to your inner goodness or by saying a prayer.
Work for peace in every possible way, every day. Gentle yourself and be peace.

In an essay titled, "Hope, Despair and Memory," Nobel Peace Prize winner Elie Wiesel wrote, "Mankind must remember that peace is not God's gift to his creatures, it is our gift to each other. Thich Nhat Hanh says: "Be peace, don't just talk about it."
