Share the image, who shot it, where, and what it best reveals about you.Me, teaching yoga and mindfulness at our Gratitude Yoga Retreat at Earth Lodge near Antigua, Guatemala.This place is about an hour from where I live in Guatemala City. It has a view of three volcanoes, including the magnificent one in the background of this snapshot. My teaching partner, Ash, took the photo during the Sunday morning workshop on metta (lovingkindness). It was Sunday, November 14, 2010. We are excited to be offering yoga retreat weekends there in March and April 2011!I like this photograph because, in it, I am sitting up straight and tall without even thinking about it.I feel like I am doing what I'm meant to be doing when I am sharing the practices of yoga and meditation.
