Kan is the nawal of the feathered serpent, Kukulkan, as well as the sacred union of earth and sky, matter and spirit, embodiment, and transcendence. Today, 6 Kan invites us to embody our full power with stability and grace, feel the vital force moving through our spine, and honor our creative and sexual energy as sacred.
I embody my full power when my body feels both grounded and uplifted. When I am connected to my body’s vitality. When I can laugh, cry, and express my feelings in the moment—to myself first and to others if I need or want to.
When I know how to say YES to life, yes to love, yes to compassion, yes to kindness, and yes to peace.
When I feel a new skin growing after the old one has been shed.
When I am able to accept and embrace it all, without judgment, labeling, criticism, or “shoulds.”
This is how I feel today, in this moment at least.
I’m so grateful to be leading another woman on personal retreat. We started this morning with yoga and her personal Mayan reading. It’s sure to be a potent week of transformation for both of us; I can just feel it.
