4 Tijax — Grounded Healing

In the sacred Mayan calendar, 4 Tijax brings grounded clarity to the work of release, truth, and realignment. Tijax is the nawal of the obsidian blade and the spiritual surgeon that cut away what no longer serves so healing can occur. It governs truth-telling, purification, and the courage to face what is sharp, uncomfortable, or overdue for change. The number 4 offers stability, structure, and containment, helping this intense energy work in a steady, constructive way rather than chaotically. Today, 4 Tijax supports clean cuts, honest boundaries, and grounded healing.

Heart and mind.

Life and death.

Feminine and masculine.

Day and night.

Shadow light. Light shadow.

I am here.

I am now.

I forget so that I can remember again with more tenderness, humility, and truth.

I barely recognize myself yet, I feel more at home than ever.

I am unfurling my dragonfly wings—delicate, iridescent, strong enough to fly again.

Thank you for my life.

Thank you for my existence.
