Today, 5 Tz’i invites us to focus on heart-centered hard work, to align our words with our truth, and to put effort into embodying unconditional love, loyalty, and justice in our daily lives.
Guided Meditation for 5 Tz’i
Close your eyes and imagine a loyal dog sitting beside you, patient and watchful. This dog has been with you through everything: your joy, sorrow, mistakes, and triumphs. Feel their unconditional love, loyalty, and presence. Ask yourself: Where am I being called to love without conditions? Where do I need to speak my truth with courage? Place your hand on your heart. Feel it beating. This is the work of 5 Tz’i: to love, guard what is sacred, speak truth, and stay faithful even when it’s challenging.
Today on 5 Tz’i, I’m at a bit of a loss for words.
It’s a cool spring morning after an early morning rain shower here in Canyon Lake, Texas. I am feeling relatively quiet and focused.
I am sharing these wise words written by my friend Amanda yesterday on her 20th wedding anniversary:
Sometimes love is a blink.
Sometimes love is a lifetime.
Sometimes love is a noun.
Sometimes love is a verb.
Sometimes love is fleeting.
Sometimes love is a rock.
Sometimes love is quiet.
Sometimes love is tempestuous.
Sometimes love is together and sometimes love is apart.
Love is a journey.
